CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY

We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. Our appointments are booked back-to-back and when you are late we have to customize your service to fit the allotted appointment time. So plan ahead for traffic, parking and getting settled!
As a courtesy we ask that if you have to cancel, please provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are booked for two or more hours of service (together), please provide a 48-hour notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged if the client fails to provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This fee is meant to compensate our therapists for their time and to cover any losses incurred due to the vacant appointment slot.
Late Arrival: If a client arrives late for their scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full fee for the scheduled service will apply.
If you have a previous health condition, we recommend discussing your options with your doctor before booking a massage therapy appointment. Massage may not be suitable for individuals with skin diseases, bleeding disorders, burns, open wounds, deep vein thrombosis, or for those that are on blood-thinning medications.
We require a 24-hour notice, done via your online account, should you need to cancel or change your appointment to give us time to fill your space. If you don’t cancel your appointment within this 24-hour period, you will be charged the full price for the missed appointment. Please note that the amount must be paid before your next appointment.

Our RMTs are trained to work with and treat children. However, any child younger than 14 years is required to have a parent or guardian sit in on the treatment. Please, also note that clients may not bring children that will be left unsupervised during their appointment, unless that child is receiving treatment.
A no show, late cancellation or unconfirmed appointment will be charged the full amount. Please note that we cannot charge your insurance company for any cancellation or no show. Once the outstanding balance is paid, you may send your receipt to your insurance company directly.
